1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VERITAS GUARD™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

VERITAS GUARD™ provides digital infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• SEO Infrastructure and optimization services
• Web architecture and development
• Performance optimization
• Automation and workflow integration
• Digital consulting and strategic guidance

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Making timely payments as per agreed schedule
• Providing necessary access to existing systems and platforms
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within specified timeframes
• Maintaining the security of login credentials provided

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to initiate project work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• For projects over $25,000, milestone-based payments apply
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal
• Late payments incur 2% monthly interest

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on initial scope:

• Timelines may be adjusted based on client response time
• Scope changes may affect delivery schedule
• We provide weekly progress updates
• Deliverables are subject to client approval
• Force majeure events may extend deadlines

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are governed by:

• Client owns all final deliverables upon full payment
• VERITAS GUARD retains rights to proprietary frameworks and methodologies
• Third-party licenses (software, fonts, etc.) remain with original owners
• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• Confidential client information is never disclosed

7. Warranties & Limitations

Our warranties include:

• 30-day bug fix warranty for deliverables
• Services performed with professional care and skill
• Compliance with agreed specifications

We are not liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions or failures
• Client actions or modifications after delivery
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Search engine ranking fluctuations beyond our control

8. Confidentiality

VERITAS GUARD™ maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We do not disclose client data, strategies, or sensitive business information to third parties without explicit written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Termination conditions:

• Client cancellation: Payments for work completed are due
• VERITAS GUARD termination: Full refund for uncompleted work
• Immediate termination for material breach of agreement
• Deliverables provided up to termination date become client property upon payment

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts. Mediation may be pursued as an alternative dispute resolution method.

11. Amendments

VERITAS GUARD™ reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
